She laughed though she did worry about what the Master would say to the Doctor himself. What hadn't he said to her? Not for her own protection but simply because he wanted to keep information secret. Would the Doctor be able to get any more from him? Likely not.

Bill looked up at him, eyebrows furrowing together, "It was really weird because you'd just given a lecture on it and then boom! There it is... So was the lecturer you from the future or was it just really coincidental?" Not that he would actually know but it was such a weird happenstance.
