Bill didn't bother explaining why she refused to call the Master by that name. Mister Saxon was sufficient between both of them. Respectful without being an arsehole about it. She just watched the Doctor drink from his glass and contemplate.
Her eyebrows went up for a moment as she huffed a breath that was nearly a chuckle, "He did mention I shouldn't tell you. That's probably why." She bit at the inside of her lips, tapping her fingertips on her glass, "Yeah, well, it won't matter unless we go back and remember this conversation." For a moment, she just looked at the Doctor, eyes large and almost suspicious before adding, "I'm glad you're not angry I traded a planet for you. You were protesting then... Any questions about other bits?"
