Of course he was concerned for his brother, but right then his focus remained on Sam as he worked quickly to asses the wounds, slow the bleeding and get a line in. Dropping the second gurney as low as it would go, he lifted Sam onto it, thanking his training for allowing him to lift someone almost twice his own weight.
"He's out cold, shock is starting, so I need to get him to medical now, and you two are going to need transfusions." His tone was almost conversational, maintaining the air of calm for his brothers. They had to feel safe, that was the main thing, they had to know that they were going to be okay. He'd take care of them.
"No backseat driving while we push you there, okay?" He flashed another quick smile before negotiating Sam's gurney out of the office.
