Tim had been still listening and followed through on the instructions Jason had given him when his brother reestablished the comms connection. He didn't question it, just did it. Arriving at the passport office mere seconds after Dick.
Stalling at the door for a brief moment as his calculating mind took in the scene before him, Tim then moved to Jason's side as Dick worked on Sam. He had basic field first aid training but was so glad Dick was there because this was beyond his knowledge. He nodded at Dick's question, the adrenaline coursing through his body on high would give him that boost he needed to get the job done.
"Tourniquet's on tight." Tim checked Sam's earlier handy work then looked up to his brother's face, offering what he thought looked like a reassuring smile - although it probably came more across like a grimace as he helped Jay onto the gurney with a lot of effort.
"I thought you didn't allow below the belt touching on the first date." He joked lamely, trying to keep Jason alert so he was awake enough to keep his injured leg elevated. They couldn't relax yet, not till they got to medical and Jason was treated by one of the doctors on duty.
