He let out a little surprised exhale and then nodded, "well, I'm glad that looks okay... for now." He didn't have time to puzzle over the situation more. Not when tiredness was setting in again. Despite the fact he'd only just woken up.
The familiar feeling of being healed warmed his stomach, re-knitting flesh up to his abs, surface wounds left so the Docs wouldn't get too suspicious. He smiled gratefully as Castiel opened his eyes, "thanks."
"I was worried about him too." Sam sighed, flopping back on the pillows and looking up at the ceiling. He was talking about more than just the physical wound. Dean was letting something eat away at him and as usual, he refused to talk. "Don't be offended if I fall asleep on you."
