It's a good habit to keep up, good for the heart and it helps maintain a sense of normalcy. For me it's right up there with shaving, black coffee in the morning, and making the bed. If you think having a little bit of a push might help you keep moving, then I'd be happy to try and help lend a hand there. I'm sure there's quite a few others who would be happy to join, if you put the word out, too.
I understand those pains. When I first woke up, I didn't know what to do with the lack of boiling in the world, never mind what had happened to beer, the different ways to cook a steak, and how little cabbage there was being eaten in the world.
