Whenever security got a call of a Gear down, Teja was called in to advise - it could be nothing, and usually was something of a terribly stupid mistake on the Gear's part - but there was always that 2% chance that it could be something that needed investigation. He'd been in the office adjacent to the control room when one of the hooded men came in, and alerted him of the call.
Teja stood, and started down to the infirmary. St. Necrophagist was only three floors down, and he unclipped his radio to call back, "#724, this is #8352, we've got the trauma team ready here. Mark off the area of the incident and I'll send a group of squints to comb the place. I'll be waiting at St. Necrophagist."
The fact that the medical floor of Mordhaus was something more sanitary looking than he felt comfortable in was not lost on the people surrounding the area when Teja paced in wait for the CD and the other gear to make their arrival. He was tense, and the idea that something happened so close to the outskirts made him think it was either the wolves that got the Gear, or someone trying to sneak in. He'd already sent a Flags Up to Sections 3-8 to do a thorough sweep on the off-chance of another interloper having sneaked in. Once was too many times for that to have happened, in his mind, he wouldn't let it happen again.
