Seconding everything said above! I didn't notice generic-ness either, but since that's something that can happen really easily with the 'nice' characters, maybe you'd notice it more than us.
I agree that the way you keep them all distinct from each other is great. They all have similarities and fall into some of the same tropes, but you'd never imagine it from reading your threads, they all have such strong and distinct voices. I really like that you don't make any of them seem weak or passive, which is something a lot of people do with that type of character. I love Tomoyo's and Hisui's teasing, how Subaru can be firm and determined even when he's upset, and so far how Shara's keeping strong despite the awful canon-point she's from.
Other than that, I'm always impressed at the way you make them all interact with others. Even Subaru seems really present in the game, when he could easily be far quieter and keeping to his own. It makes for some really fun, varied CR and it's tons of fun to play against and stalk.
