Someone wrote in [info]kiseki_rpg,
First of all, let me say your Wan is loads of fun to play with, and it's great that you integrated to the game so quickly! I really enjoy how consistent and strong his voice is despite being a new thing for you to play, and that you have no trouble making him act less friendly at times and clash with others. That's always a fun dynamic to play against and it makes sense he'd be wary of people in such a strange location.

I do wonder, however, about the way it repeatedly came up in threads that he's insterested in romance or has issues with being rejected by matchmakers, and so on? In his episodes (unlike with Roku, or even Kuruk) we don't really get any mentions of Wan regarding romantic pursuits at all, from his homeland and not even a passing mention during his journeys to meet other people, so it stands out that it's being played as such a strong aspect of his characterization.

I would hope this doesn't come across as saying you're not allowed to make him shippy, it absolutely isn't! Everyone here is very ship-friendly and of course with no real canon to contradict it either you can build your own headcanons on it. I'm more curious as to where you're coming from with it amd what your thoughts on the subject were, I'd love to hear more on it, especially the underdog aspect of having been told he wouldn't be a good match.
