Well, it wouldn't really be much different from what I do now. There IS a reason why events are played randomly - I try to make them when there's enough people around but not TOO much activity from our own plots and stuff |D;a But yeah, I think the 24 hours delay would work well, that way even if I'm not paying much attention to what's going on everyone'd still get a chance to undo the effects by the time then new stuff happens.
