[The unleashing of the spirits, the chaos which erupted with it, along with the rifts that had been made on the world of the bridge gave him the exact chance he'd wanted all along. Before he could be caught and stopped, he'd disappeared in the middle of it all into one of the tears that led beyond--literally God only knows where.
It's not until everything goes back to normal that Art returns, remembering himself, all of his actions, and flashes of whatever it was that he saw at the end. Most importantly though, he's remembering the people he hurt directly and indirectly. It's all enough to make him sick to his stomach almost on the spot, the urge held back by sheer willpower. But if someone happens to see him in the middle of this realization, the horror on his face is clear.]
[There's a long while after that where he won't be so easily found, though, until he surfaces with some semblance of composure. Or at least enough of it to readily face everyone and turn himself over to accept the consequences to whatever extent they wished. That's the least he can do, right?]
