There are. a lot of people who go through similar experiences. It doesn't make you crazy. It means you've been through a lot. And it's gonna take time to process all of it.
Not everyone heals the same. Some people find other things to keep their mind occupied. Work, school, hobbies... But there are people who find talking useful. They talk to people they trust, or find doctors who specialize in that area.
But the best thing I found... was a network of people. You find people in your life who'll help you through. Not just talking, but just... being there. Giving you that support whenever and however you need it. It can make a difference.
