Well I believe "Kiseki" is the name of the entity that brought all of us here. Dono is used by humble persons such as myself who have no birth rank... it is a way of showing respect... an honorific for the worthy people around me! [This is the first time he's had to explain this so he's not sure what will make the most sense to her.]
