[He lets out a kind of strangled, angered sound as she disappears, and he's reaching out to try and stop her, to drag her back and fight her until the end -- but she's gone and he's alone]
[He collapses into himself, falling to his knees and letting the exhaustion catch up with him, even as his breathing is shallow, his mind frayed enough that rational thought isn't capable -- and all this time, all he can think is that she took him away, she hurt him so badly that he--]
[He moves as if he's going to go and find her, but in that moment, he again senses Tachibana, not dead as he'd thought or feared, but some ways away. It's enough to break into his irrational mind and he stumbles in that direction, instead of following her to wherever she's disappeared]
[It takes a while, out-of-his-mind as he is, fighting against exhaustion, his escalating injuries aggravated from all the movement, but he eventually locates Tachibana's magic -- at the hospital, asleep in one of the eggs.]
[He can't pass out or sleep like this, not without him, so he kind of just collapses onto a chair in the room Tachibana's at, and it's several hours before he feels rational enough to accept any help from the hospital staff.]
[He'll wait for him, then. That's all he can do. He hopes he wakes up soon.]
