[Audio! As always when Sebastian decides to tl;dr, he does so bright and early in the morning. His voice sounds a little... flat over the journals, but maybe that's just exasperation over Kiseki's shenanigans.]
Good morning, everyone, and I apologise for the disturbance to your day. You have no doubt realised today's predicament, and if not, you will within minutes, so I will not dwell on the details.
Please do not venture outside needlessly if you cannot handle it. The issue of food has been taken care of already for the most immediate future. [By yours truly, of course.] In the underground cafeteria, you will find ingredients that, according to my estimations, should last our current number about... [uh. what was it, again...?] seven days. I trust everyone will pace themselves accordingly.
I will be available to help during the day with cooking and rationing, in the event that it is needed. You will also find a selection of candles in the cafeteria, should you need them. Needless to say I expect them to be handled with responsibility.
[Action:]
[Of course Sebastian isn't about to just wait around in the cafeteria and twiddle his thumbs: he'll be hard at work all morning with opening one of the snowed-in tunnels and building a temporary natural freezer space in the snow and carrying the food supplies there, now that the electricity keeps going on and off and making the indoor freezers unreliable.
Only, if anyone comes downstairs to get some food, they might catch Sebastian in the very non-Sebastian-esque act of leaning against the cafeteria counter, hands gripping the edge as if he's trying to catch his breath.]
