[And it's soon clear enough that he is doing as he asks -- even if the scene with the Viddasala briefly focuses in again, this time Bull heaving up his sword and moving towards the Inquisitor and the others - Dorian included - although that scene isn't a memory, not distinct at all, just filled with a massive sort of anxiety and resignation--
But then it soon starts flickering into actual memories that Dorian will recognize -- their first meeting in the Chantry (the pretty ones are always the worst), various places where they bantered, Bull on his own and pressing the dragon's tooth necklace to his mouth (we'll talk again soon, kadan), various scenes at their villa, the day Dorian left Skyhold for the first time, their hug reuniting at the Winter Palace, a quiet morning when they're in bed together (the first moment, the memory will likely give Dorian the sense, that Bull thinks the name kadan and isn't afraid of it), and the night they first got together -- both of them drinking at the Herald's Rest, Dorian maybe leaning in a bit closer than he ever had before, the memory a little fuzzy around the edges but focusing in on Dorian himself]
