Of course, where Steve is, Bucky isn't far behind, even as he's done his best to give Steve his space without seeming like that's what he's doing. It's easy, though, as he spends most of the day working at the sports center (as tempting as it would have been to skip -- he thinks Korra would have been alright on her own, just for now, and it wouldn't have been the first time he'd be skipping work for Steve).
When his shift is over, though, he heads straight to the park, unable to help the slight grin when he sees how Steve is spending his time. It's such a familiar sight, Steve sitting hunched over like that, pencil in his hand, creating amazing pictures from memory.
"You a real artist now, huh?" If there's some faint nostalgia mixed with wistfulness over the dream that never happened for you, well, don't mind that.
