Re: question
Hmmmm that's a good one. There are a few people Sherlock would define as "fascinating," but the following people would be the ones who he either has a strong connection with or peak his interest (and in no particular order, I should add).
Stiles: Teachers aren't exactly supposed to have favorites, and he likes all of his students for many reasons. But if he could only teach one for the rest of his days in Kiseki, that would be Stiles. Not only is he extremely bright, but he's able to give back as good as he can take when he and Sherlock debate during his lectures. And Stiles's snark and dry humor work well in reining in his often loud and ridiculous teacher. And while he's his student and Sherlock maintains a professional correspondence with Stiles, he would also wish to take him on as his protege since he's one of perhaps few people here in Kiseki who can keep up with and even outwit Sherlock.
Sebastian: While Sherlock isn't 100% comfortable around him, his curiosity and unrelenting need to solve him keep him from avoiding Sebastian altogether. He knows there's something about him that isn't human, and that's he's more dangerous than he appears. It's more of a vibe he's picked up on than anything else (being in Kiseki long enough, you can get an idea about individuals like that..). Trouble is he just can't prove it yet. In the mean time, the conversation is riveting, and he has more of a freedom to be completely open in some aspects with Sebastian that his status as a teacher won't allow with Stiles. Sebastian's mind is very much an enigma, and if his relationship with Jamie and his chosen profession prove anything, it's that Sherlock is drawn to that darker aspect of the not-so-human mind.
Freya: His relationship with her differs from the ones mentioned above. Sherlock's always had a soft spot for people who have been victimized in their lives, and does his best to extend a hand to them, even in small ways. Sherlock was touched that Freya trusted him enough to see her night time form back when not!Stiles was running amok. Seeing how she's grown as a person, knowing how much happier she is since they first met pleases him a lot, and Freya brings out his softer side more than most. And now that he knows she's also the "Lady of the Lake," he's interested to learn about that aspect of her life as well.
Snow: While they definitely don't see eye to eye on a number of issues, Sherlock still holds her in very high regard. She's one of the few people who while disapproving of his antics, can sometimes be a little more patient about them. (And when her patience runs out, Sherlock actually doesn't fight her on things... much). More than anything, he deeply respects her and appreciates how she takes care of many of his students (especially when she looked after Miko). So while they may not really be friends, per say, he likes her and wishes her every happiness.
Robin: She's incredibly quirky, but in a relaxed, subtle way that Sherlock finds refreshing. She's also very intelligent, and can keep up with him as well as Jamie, Sebastian, and Stiles. And unlike the majority of the residents here, Robin isn't very phased by his bluntness or his behavior, taking it in stride, which he appreciates. Conversing with her is easy and stimulating, and he finds her powers to be rather useful (and something he'd like to research more in the future).
Some honorable mentions would be Aramis and Isabella. The first because while they ruffle each other's feather often, the fact that Jamie seems to have a soft spot for him is impressive enough. The second, he hasn't had the chance to talk to her a lot, but the first time they met, he found her to be exceptionally fun and amusing.
OK lol sorry for the wall of text, here's my question (if it hasn't been answered yet). Tell me about Sebastian's first impressions of Kiseki and are there any people here that intrigue him?
