He knows me, Genma thought. Maybe he knows someone who knows me? He was surprised to find that this didn't alarm him. A part of his brain told him he ought to be thoroughly on guard around some overly-charming stranger who knew his name. But the charm the man exuded seemed to include an anesthetizing component.
And there was something very familiar about him. He made Genma think of missions. ANBU missions in particular. Some of the really nasty ones. It was odd. He was quite certain he'd never met this Luushi--the man himself confirmed as much--yet he felt strangely familiar.
"It's nice to meet you, Luushi-san," Genma said, and sketched a bow. "Don't worry about me, though. You don't need to go out of your way on my account. Although I really do think you should come play in town. The musicians I've seen so far couldn't hold a candle to you. You'd be a huge hit."
