RULES:
1) Don't hotlink. Thats what Tinypic.com is for.
2) Keep the credit, if only to send people this way! It'll let them find other stuff, but otherwise it's not mandatory.
3) Commenting is optional, but I'll try and answer any questions there are.
4) Modifying is a-okay with me! If it screws up, that's okay, just let me know and please link to where it's messed up so I can have a visual.

HOW TO MODIFY:
(I suggest pasting it into word or notepad and Ctrl(or option) + F to find the places you need to change and just replace the word)
CHANGE USERNAME to your journal username.
CHANGE TITLE to the title you want.
CHANGE HEADERURL to the header you want.
now thanks to questions from poignant, change BACKGROUNDURL to a background/pattern picture!
