It's honestly rather nice to just be able to work and not have to worry about imminent danger and horrible threats.

Vex, dear, I made you a few new arrows. I think, or rather I hope, you will find them satisfactory.

And Vax'ildan, I made you a dagger. It is...quite different from your others. Please do not throw it. I say that knowing you will throw it. And when you do, I will remind you that I did tell you not to.

I've made some rather interesting bullets as well. It's been quite some time since I have been able to get real work done.

No, dear. That would be rather useless for a weapon with multiple uses.

To put it in the simplest terms, I have managed to construct a hilt which emits, when activated via a trigger, a blade made of concentrated energy. It should prove to be far more effective than a standard dagger in terms of the amount of damage you will be able to do in close combat. It should also immediately cauterize any wounds, which is useful in other regards. The reason I would suggest not throwing it is that you would likely burn yourself when it returned to your belt.

You're welcome to test them, of course. I always appreciate feedback.

I made you an arrow rather like the explosive one, but with a concentrated acid in the ball rather than black powder.

There is also an arrow that creates a bright light and loud noise in order to disorient opponents. It should be good if you need to escape a situation.

And there's an arrow that explodes into shrapnel, rather than a traditional explosion, for better piercing damage.

	I know the feeling, it's hard to come by. Though saying it out loud is usually a good way to jinx it. You could try working on non-weaponized things while you have the downtime, if that's what you have to work on in your universe. Sometimes making useless discoveries is relaxing. 	Less dragons and more aliens and supervillains for us, but same idea. I won't hold it against you, with this mix of people, it's probably doomed to happen. 	That is a rather specific example, Francisco. No. I clearly said it was a dagger. A saber would be longer and with a more pronounced curve to the blade, which is impractical when working with plasma and magnetic fields. Of course. I'm more than happy to have you look over my work.
