We have identified the man who was killed. What we don't know is if he had any enemies here or what the motivation could have been behind his murder. If anyone has any information regarding Hartley Rathaway then contact the police or if you don't want to talk to them you can tell me and I shall pass on the relevant information.

Len, if I had been the type of person who wanted to hurt you, you wouldn't have been able to stop me. And you won't be able to stop him.

I didn't kill him before. I could have, but I didn't. I didn't want it to make me like him. I was wrong. I should have. But I'm not going to let you get yourself killed fighting my battles. I can stop him. I just need to stop holding myself back. He killed someone. He needs to be stopped. Permanently.

I'm not half as helpless as you think. My gun never had a cold field generator either.

You know what happens if you go after him half cocked and upset? He kills you. Like he meant to last time. But not before he probably disables you. Kills the rest of us first. One at a time. Because that's how people like him think. How people like me used to know how to think. This isn't just your fight anymore, Scarlet.

But maybe it's not as simple as fighting. Not with somebody like that. He doesn't just want to kill you he wants to break you, right? Let's make him think he can. Appeal to his darker interests. What if I can make him think I want to do that too? That I'm playing a long con.

I don't think you're helpless. I know you're not helpless. But I've lost enough people I love because of Eobard Thawne and people. I don't want to lose you too. It would literally kill me if something happened to you. I couldn't live with it.

I'm not going to go after him half-cocked and upset. One, I've learned my lesson on that. Two, I'm pretty sure you would freeze my feet to the floor if I tried.

No. I know it's not real, and I know you wouldn't do that, but I don't want to even pretend it's true. Besides, you're more likely to get hurt pretending to work with him than just fighting him.

We could fight him together. That way we could have each other's backs.

Fine. I guess there's no telling how convincing I'd be. I'm out of practice with all of these good influences around.

Cisco did mention making some improvements to your suit. We could test how they function against my gun. And Mick's. If you can function better than Eobard inside the cold field then you probably stand a better chance. He'll have too much time to kill if we don't slow him down first.
