Look, I should probably explain some things. It might help.
Ollie has lost a lot, especially recently. Roy...I don't know if you know a guy named Roy Harper, but he's been like a son to Ollie for years. There was an attack on Star City. A villain named Prometheus. Roy lost an arm and his daughter Lian was killed in the attack. She was just a child and we all loved her so much. Ollie blamed himself. He felt like he'd failed his son. That he'd failed his granddaughter. And, after he killed Prometheus...a lot of people blamed him too. Ever since...it's just been hard. So, just try to be patient with him.
