I, for one, am grateful to our newest arrivals. I know some of us may have been on odds in the past, but I know all of us are much better off, much more capable, together than we are apart. Not all of us had the luxury of such a friendly, welcoming place when we first arrived here, and I know how much all of us would like to keep it that way.
