[Ward Set to Include Justin, Liv, and Baxter to Cover Their Replies Also] Liv, my second date with Blair went very well. I think he liked the grey trousers I wore, and I definitely enjoyed the food he prepared, and I will have much to tell you on Monday.
Baxter, I haven't had the chance to tell you yet that I have started dating a man named Blair. It's going very well. We can discuss that if you like, but there is actually something else I want to talk to you about.
Alfred, my boss, plans to retire soon. On Tuesday, he suggested I consider taking over The Tick Tock Shop. I have been thinking about this, but I don't think I would want to be a business owner on my own. I know clocks and magic, not business or management or people. But I think you have a much better mind for business than I do, and clockmaking is perhaps enough of an art that it might play to your interests as well, and you are already familiar with handling the sorts of people who buy expensive art (which is applicable to The Tick Tock Shop clientele). So, it occurs to me that you would be an ideal business partner for those reasons, and because trust is so important considering the level of responsibility involved in owning a business. I could go on in much more detail as to why this idea appeals to me, but as I'm not sure if this idea is even going to interest you enough that you would be open to discussing it further.
What do you think? [End Ward]
[Private to Blair] Hi.
I'm thinking about you, so I thought I would write and ask if you would like to go on another date with me.
Would you like to come see my workshop on Sunday, and then perhaps go to the Southbank Centre Food Market for dinner and exploring? Sunday is your usual day off, yes? [End Ward]
A customer told me a riddle today, and while it certainly wasn't the most inventive or challenging riddle I've ever heard, I did find it unexpectedly amusing enough to share:
Which word in the dictionary is spelled incorrectly?
