Easter had been all a bit much for Ginny. She loved her family, but seeing all of them together was always really difficult for Ginny. She did try, because Ginny knew it wasn't actually fair to make it all about herself, but the temptation was always there. Post-Easter feeling wasn't all that much better, because Ginny wasn't very skilled at going from being surrounded by people to having no one around. With regular family get-togethers, she probably should've been better, but then, Ginny also didn't attend a lot of them. Nonetheless, Ginny's obvious solution for how to keep herself company was find other company to keep.
Thus, armed with two takeaway coffees, Ginny apparated over to Charlie's place. It was still early, so Ginny assumed her brother might either still be asleep or just about to be getting up. "Charlie, I come with coffee," Ginny called out once she arrived, setting his coffee down on the kitchen table and taking a sip of her own. A sip she almost choked on when instead of Charlie a different man appeared, walking out of Charlie's bedroom half-dressed. It made Ginny look around, as if to check that this really was Charlie's place. There was a picture of their family close enough, so Ginny assumed she was in the right place. "Hi," the man greeted and Ginny blinked.
"Um, hi," she offered back and he laughed, Ginny assumed at her, which was fair enough. "Charlie, your sister's here," the man called out and Ginny had no idea how he knew she was Charlie's sister, but then he told her he needed to pop out anyway and went through to the bathroom, hopefully to get dressed. It was then that Charlie appeared and Ginny gave him a wide look. "You have a man in your flat. A half-dressed man emerging from your bedroom!" She told her brother like he might not know. "I don't think this coffee's strong enough," Ginny decided holding the cup up for Charlie.
