Mother is currently being treated in intensive care by senior healers at St. Mungo's. She was in the middle of the collapse. They will only give me the bare details until they know more. So far there are several broken bones, a collapsed lung, and liver damage. They suspect additional organ failure, but cannot be sure until they can stop the bleeding.

I want to take the opportunity to personally thank all the brave first responders who acted so quickly and without hesitation to those at the games yesterday. The brave Aurors, Healers, and support staff who put themselves in harms way for others cannot be thanked enough. Even more, it was encouraging to see other. with no responsibility, helping their fellows in any way they could, whether it be rescues, offering support, or helping to sustain the weary and worried.

I hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected after the awful events of yesterday. To help in some small way, I’ll be bringing a variety of sweets to St.Mungo’s for patients (who can eat them per doctors orders!) and family. I know it’s silly and not nearly enough, but it’s what always cheers me up when I’m having a hard time. And it’s the least I can do.
