There was no way Dorrie could ever ask anything of him. She wouldn't even know, but she did know that the fates always had a strange way of manipulating situations. Surely there'd be the perfect opportunity where she needed him more than anything. Spirits wouldn't have sent him to find her in the first place, if something wasn't meant to come out of it.
