First of all, I'm about to go log in and do the mod duties of add and remove, so be patient y'all! ;) Some people are going. Some people are staying. It's been a hell of a ride so far.
It began as a way for myself and another writer to possibly get away from some drama that had been established at another game. That's originally all the idea was, getting away from the absurd OOC hatred and really moving into a place where we felt comfortable. That spawned into what we have today. A game that never sees a day without activity on the friend's page. A game that can have it's dirty moments but also, has some of the most amazing writers and storylines I've seen put out there.
To say that I'm proud of what this game has become is an understatement, I'm overjoyed at what it has become. I never expected it to launch into this sort of a frenzy and take on this life of it's own. There's nearly 10,000 comments in the random community as of this writing and the game itself has been open for exactly 3 months as of writing this post. Truth is, there's some things that you can't predict.
Establishing this game as a place for everyone to play at and have fun at hasn't been without challenges. There's been some drama of course, what game doesn't have that? There's also a real feeling that everyone gets along with everyone. I know there was a lot of reluctance to mix up the game from the Satin Dolls concept of wrestling only and make it include celebs, but people have taken to that and created a wonderful mix of girls and boys like you will find no where else.
This past 3 months has been a whirlwind but without the great players inside the game, there would be no game to talk about and rave on about. Happy three months, to you the writers and gamers that have decided to make this place your home? Thank you. I could say it in a bigger, more grandscale way or I could just leave it with that.
You guys are AMAZING. Now, I'm gonna stop being all sappy and go get some actual work done.
