Aya & Kaoru: Some Love Advice [PG]
Sitting at the table in his kitchenette, Kaoru found himself staring blankly at the absinthe poster he had near to his flat screen television. He was one to try to stay up to date with the latest technologies. His eyes drifted down to the booklet on Blue-ray televisions just as he heard the rather heavy thunk on his door. He frowned and stood up, thinking that an old customer of his from when he was a body had gotten drunk and wandered up to his room. He mussed his bangs, pushing them to one side as he opened the door to stare at his chef whom he hadn't seen in quite some time. "Aya... I thought you had quit or died," he said, lips curving into a rather pleasant smile before he noted the condition the panther was in. "What happened to you?"
Welcome back..” He sniffled a bit and pulled on the blanket a bit. “Kaoru I screwed up….. I don’t know what to do either cause he is really mad at me.” He looked at Kaoru reaching up to rub his eyes again. “I didn’t quit about died but didn’t quit. Koyasu has been kind of taking care of me while I been sick, but now I’ve really screwed up and I don’t know how to fix it.” He sniffled again and his eyes were wet, so it was clear he was either been crying about too. He was trying really hard not to come to that point though, after all he was a cat and cats had pride. His seemed no where in sight right now.
The snow leopard was quiet as he listened to Aya speak before reaching out and lightly mussing his hair and stroking his ears. "Get in here, kitty. The hall isn't a place where one talks about such things." He stepped to the side, letting Aya come in.
He closed his eyes and felt better once Kaoru started to muse his hair and pet his ears. Now he knew why Koyasu liked it. Nodding he shuffled him self in moving to close the door behind him. “I am sorry to be a bother but I think you the only one who would be able to give me good advice on how I can make it all better again.” He looked at Kaoru before glancing at the Blue-ray booklet, he tilted his head. “Setting up a new tv?”
Kaoru closed the door behind the half-breed and locked it before moving nearer to his couch before pausing. He glanced to the booklet and laughed softly. "No. Thinking of upgrading," he said. "Well, what is it that you did to piss Koyasu off?" he asked. He knew the tiger and he knew he quite well.
He blushed and sat down for a moment. “I told him he wasn’t going to get any tonight because he was mean about not wanting to do it this morning.” He chewed his lip. “Then I drank his vodka and mouthed off too him. I know its my fault but…. I didn’t mean to go off on him.” He sighed softly and looked down at his feet. “I’ve been so tired lately so when I was in the mood I thought it would be good since neither of us has been able to have sex for a while. Not our normal round about way, the past few months has been sleeping mostly, a little eating, taking whatever meds he gave me, putting this cream on my wounds. So I know hasn’t had any fun.”
He listened closely to Aya's story and wondered what he had been sick with that had required such treatment. "Well... mouthing off to him will most certainly piss him off, especially with how young you are. And if you're speaking of his Circo vodka from France, he'll be sore about that for awhile. I bought that for him while Mana and I were there." He sat down on his couch, stretching his arms back behind himself before draping them down on the back of the couch. "Just go back to him when you're sober and you're able to think properly. I recommend apologizing... But before you do any of that, what were you 'sick' with exactly?"
He nodded slightly. “If I had known it was gift from you guys I would have never touched it unless he gave me some. When he came in with a woman’s smell over him I got really mad.” He blinked and remembered that Kaoru wasn’t aware of what had happened before he came. “Silver and drugs made from a plant from home. Parts of the plant are poisons and others are made into a sex type drug. I was given both to the point it lowered my immunity to silver enough to allow damage to be done.”
Hearing 'silver' alone made Kaoru shudder and his ears flickered back. "Who gave you this?" he questioned, watching Aya as he sat forward. If it was a customer, he would make sure to bill them extra which would go to Koyasu for having spent his time and money on the medicine and to Aya for suffering.
“The new customer Sakito. Koyasu asked me a question telling me was the most important thing. The question was ‘Was I willing?’ That answer was no, hence the drugs he used on me. That and I could not refuse him.” He looked at Kaoru, he wasn’t going to hide it from Kaoru at all. He knew better, that and he had hid it form Koyasu as well. “He is the prince of my home, if I refused him then he would have done worse to me here and then at home. He is a dangerous person and that he isn’t human at all but pure blooded demon.” He moved his tail around from under the blanket showing the healing damage done by Sakito. “He shaved my tail.” He couldn’t help the pout that came over his face.
Kaoru listened carefully to what Aya said and looked closely over his tail, seeing the fur stubbing as it worked on growing back. He frowned, standing up then. "Another Prince," he growled softly. "How DARE he even set foot in my establishment without having requested my permission," he growled, moving toward his desk to get to his computer. "And to take advantage of my chef..." His tail had bristled, angry that someone would dare go against his ruling while in his territory. "If you should see this Sakito in the halls or anywhere for that matter," he said. "You are not to speak to him and are to quickly leave his presence. Is that understood, Aya?" he questioned, looking over to the still wounded half-breed.
He knew now Kaoru was mad, he nodded and shrank a little. “With pleasure.” He didn’t want to be any where near the other prince. “I am sorry Kaoru, its my fault he is here. I didn’t go home when my father told me to, so Sakito came looking for me.” He watched the prince, one he not only admired but respected. “I been in Koyasu’s room since he found me for that very reason. I haven’t gone to the kitchen at all either, he isn’t stupid that’s for sure. For the bodies that like that type of abuse he is okay, the problem is he doesn’t care what others think.”

He frowned at what Aya said, still keeping note of all that had been said in his mind. "He will be fined and reprimanded." He moved back to the couch and sat down, leaning back as he frowned. He was not pleased with what he had learned that evening.
He nodded slightly. “Your mad aren’t you? I am sorry all this happened.” He sighed a bit and then looked at the prince. “ Do you think if I do apologize to Koyasu he will really forgive me? Should I bring like massive gifts that he likes? Like a new bottle of vodka?” He tilted his head bit thinking. “Can I repaint my room to blue?” He smiled a bit trying to change the subjects and find something that would take the prince’s mind off things. “Hey how was your trip?”
"I'm sure that Takehito will forgive you if you apologize and make it up to him. But for the time being... you may want to give him his space." He watched him, quiet for a few moments. "You may do whatever you wish to your living quarters, Aya. And my trip was fine. I can order a bottle of Ciroc for you so you can give it to Takehito."
He nodded. “Yeah I should since I have been staying in his room for while.” Slowly the kitten shook his head. “No I think it would be better if I ordered it for him. I think he will would get even more upset with me if he knows I came to you about it.” He sighed softly looking at the blanket playing with the edges. “Kaoru… what is it like to be in love. I mean really in love, more so a one sided love?” He looked at the older cat, his ears moving slightly. “I feel so frustrated. At my self more than anything else.”
Kaoru raised a brow to Aya's question in regards to love. "Perhaps... You should ask this question to Takehito. I'm sure he could tell you all about it," he said, smiling a little sadly. "I'll email you a link to the website for Ciroc later," he said.
He laughed a bit and shook his head. “He would know why I would ask, then it would just make him up set again. I cant force the issue of ‘love’ on to him, or force my feelings at him. I know its not fair to him and he just clams up when I talk about it.” He nodded. “Thanks… oh Kaoru. If you haven’t really found out yet but well… I am completely, head over heals in love with that damn tiger.” He laughed slightly and smiled. “I know it’s a cold night in hell of a chance that he loves me back, but I can keep hoping right?”
"I figured as much," he said, laughing softly. "Takehito has a hard time expressing his love in words. If you force it on him a little more, he'll start to understand what you want from him." He gave a long yawn then, looking back to Aya. "Let's go to sleep. You can work things out later. Besides, I want you to close your mouth because it smells too strongly of vodka."
He blinked and nodded. “That’s helpful, thanks.” He stared at the prince for a moment and then blinked. “HEY!” He pouted and then held his hand up over his mouth. Puffing out some air into his hand he sniffed. “Damn your right.” Moving he stood up and smiled softly at Kaoru. “Then I’ll go back to my room and brush my teeth. I don’t really feel tired but it wouldn’t hurt to sleep in my own room for a while.”
The shifter prince nodded and stood up. "Alright. I hope you are able to work things out with Takehito. And You'd better use some mouthwash as well." He laughed softly, moving toward the door. "You also might want to return Takehito's sheets to him sometime tomorrow."
He laughed shaking his head. “Yeah me too, you don’t want a down in the dumps cook either!” Giggling he smiled moving slightly to nuzzle the side of Kaoru’s face in a friendly manner. “I will, and I will wash them before I return the blanket it. Thank you Kaoru, you know how to make someone feel better and give them good advice. You are going to make a good king.” He followed to the door opening it. “Sleep well.”
Kaoru laughed at that comment, watching after the other as he returned the friendly nuzzle. "You're welcome and thank you. I do hope to be a good king like my father." His lips curved some into a partial smile before they dropped, watching Aya.
“You will be a greater king than your father.” He opened the door and smiled. “Besides you have the trust and respect from a demon. That might come in handy one day.” He winked leaving the prince to sleep, he knew he should sleep too but he didn’t feel like it. Glancing at Koyasu’s door he pouted slightly then sighed. He might as well go to the kitchen.
