WHO: Pansy Parkinson, Tracey Davis
WHEN: Monday, late afternoon
WHERE: a street in the magical section of London
WHAT: Tracey spots Pansy across the street, and she simply has to greet an old friend, of course.
STATUS: closed, incomplete
Tracey slipped a pair of sunglasses onto her face as she left her building, stepping out into the bright afternoon with an irritated expression etched onto her face. She had lived in London for years, and she was well aware that weather here was unpredictable at best... but this was utterly ridiculous. It had been a drizzling, grey mess since last Friday! On the one day that she was hoping for the continuance of foul weather, the clouds had broken to reveal obnoxiously sunny skies.
A sigh escaped her lips, and Tracey tightened her blazer around her waist, heels clicking against the cobblestones as she ventured further into Wizarding London. A shopping trip was the perfect way to get over an abysmal mood, and who knew -- maybe she'd find an attractive piece of eye candy along the way. Merlin knew she deserved it, after the weekend she'd had.
"Pansy?" Tracey spoke before she even realized her mouth was open, and there was a definite note of surprise to her question. Pansy Parkinson was certainly not the type of person she had hoped to stumble upon (her type was taller, not to mention more masculine), but she hadn't seen the other woman in weeks now, so it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless.
Crossing the street to approach said woman, she smoothed out her clothes, making sure she looked just right, before lifting up her sunglasses to rest them on top of her head. "Pansy Parkinson," Tracey began, "what a shock to see you here." The smile on her face was just the right amount of genuine pleasure and lukewarm civility. She didn't want Pansy to get the wrong idea, after all. It wasn't as if she had missed the woman's company.
