I learned early on that it's better to seek advice and help than barge in and assume I know everything. I can see the potential for a minefield here, and you've navigated it well. I'd appreciate any insight.

The clinic closes at 7, so any time after that in the evening, barring an emergency, I can make work. I made the request, so it's on me to be flexible, or so I see it.
