Briar bristled a little that Reese had to ask who she was. Had this asshole seriously ruined her life and couldn't be bothered to remember her face? She shook her head in annoyed disbelief. She thought about telling the little hipster in handcuffs--something she'd noticed the second she'd laid eyes on him--to shut his trap, but since he'd called Reese a jackass and assaulted him with a tiny rock, she decided to let it go. This must have been the one Reese had been pursuing on the trip. Maybe he could prove useful.
"I'm the woman who's going to ruin your brawny, brainless life. I guess I've got the upper hand there, don't I? Since you've got the memory of a goldfish.
