He definitely heard his name. Puck wrenched around in a circle, trying to pinpoint where it had come from. "TANIA!" He thought he caught a glimpse of her, or of a girl with blonde hair, anyway. Puck went tearing in that direction, and if a few more people were shoved out of his way in his panicking frenzy... Well, their fucking plane had just fallen out of the sky! He was entitled to have a little panic in his life, and these fucking people wouldn't get out of his way.
Then, suddenly, she was there: a spot of calm in a sea of crazy. "Tania!" Puck yanked her into his arms, pulling her as close as close could get and lifting her off her feet in the process. He hadn't known his heart could beat so hard or so fast, or that fear could be such a deeply physical feeling, until he'd lost track of his twin. "Jesus, Tania!" The words were muttered into her hair, where he'd buried his face once he had her in his arms.
In that instant, he didn't care about the others. Well, no, that wasn't true. Puck cared about the others, but Tania had been with him from his very first breath: his better half, his anchor, his common sense... He was literally only half a person without her, and his relief to know she was safe was like a blow to the fucking head. "'Melia won't wake up," Puck said. "I took her off the plane and - we're over there." He turned to gesture in the direction of where he'd left Amelia and Brianna. "Brianna is with us, too, but I didn't see the others..." Once he'd found Amelia unconscious, Puck hadn't been able to think about anything except finding help.
He still had his arms around Tania, and maybe that was a good thing because they weren't really in a calm spot. "Where'd you see them last? The others? I'll get them." But not before he had Tania calmed down enough to leave her with Brianna and Amelia. Puck had heard the way her voice had been shaking, and weirdly that scared him as much as the plane wreck had; if he had anything to say about it, Titania wouldn't be going anywhere near that fucking death trap of a plane again.
