Seamus had caught sight of a familiar head of hair but he wasn't sure he'd seen right; he thought she was still on holiday or something with Harry. He turned at his name and flashed a huge grin, and abruptly left the table he'd been standing by. He strode across the room and stopped in front of her, grinning broadly at her before he grabbed into her a big hug.
"Ginny Weasley! You, at last! But let me get a better look at you," he said as he finally let her go and leaned in to place a wet kiss on her cheek, "Looking fairly good. I like the tan," he said, winking as he he pulled away from her and stepped back slightly. He paused, leaning his arm against the bar as if he had all of the time in the world to speak with her, "You haven't been in here in ages! I thought maybe you had grown used to a domestic type of life, with Harry and all."
Seamus didn't turn his attention away from her as he relaxed, knowing he'd have to get on the move in a moment. Using his wand, he glanced only briefly at the bar, and cast a charm to pour out some beer into a pitcher, and send it to the table before looking back at her.
