It was the first time she'd ventured outside her front door since coming from the hospital, and so far everything was going well. Her abdomen wasn't hurting too badly anymore and she could even sleep on her stomach like she normally did. The only bad thing about healing was that Charlie wasn't really needed around her flat anymore. Last night she'd even been comfortable enough to become intimate. Penny had been like an addict jumping back into drugs after almost a week sober.
She entered the Burrow a lot more sedately than Charlie and Angelina, looking around and breathing in the smells of home. Not her home, but someone's home. Hopefully Ginny and Harry would be a bit easier on her today. She was counting on her recent injuries to inspire a sense of pity.
"Angelina can walk, I'm sure," she scolded, laughing at the same time. She ushered them into the next room where she heard more voices.
