"Oh this?" Ginny laughed, glancing down at her striped dress. "This is Harry's doing. He went somewhere in London and brought this back, and bought it a size to small to boot. I spent the whole morning charming the thing so it'd fit and not look painted on." she gave a shrug to the whole thing, knowing that Harry hadn't meant anything by it and it wasn't anything that magic couldn't fix.
"But we do look amazing, no doubt!" she said, leaning a bit closer to get a better look at Penny's makeup. It was stunning, and Ginny felt a bit bad that she hadn't done anything elaborate with her own. Although really? She wasn't sure how elaborate you could get with a referee costume, but she had made an effort with bright red lips, thick black eye liner to form some what of a cat eye and very subtle shadow in a light brown for her eyes. "This makeup is brilliant, I've got to tell you! I'm very impressed!"
