Penny was steeling herself to confront Percy for the first time in weeks. She wasn't nervous, exactly; no, she felt nothing but a heartfelt, friendly affection for him now. She was just uncertain whether or not she could refrain from giggling at his turban. She'd downed a butterbeer and was holding a mixture of raspberry rum and lemonade (a lot of people had brought things that were just not fruity enough for her taste) as she finally stepped into Percy's path. "Well, don't you look...foreign," Penny said, blinking her feathery eyelashes. She grinned at his getup, taking a bracing drink of her beverage.
