Blushing softly at the compliment her sister gave her, Astoria allowed herself to be pulled into the flat, her hand holding tightly to her big sister's. A compliment was important from anyone of course, but when it came from Daphne it was very special to her. Daphne was just so pretty and experienced, so if she liked something about Astoria it meant that much more.
Her eyes moved to the kitty that was drinking the tea, her mouth opening in a little gasp before she began to giggle at it. She was so absorbed in how silly it was that the cat was drinking from the teacup that she didn't flinch at Daphne's use of 'bitchy' as she normally would, and instead moved around to the other side of the couch, her hand slipping from Daphne's as she took a seat and watched the Persian. "Silly Queenie!" she said quietly as Daphne moved into the kitchen. Petting the cat, Story only looked up when Daphne asked her how she was.
"Oh, I'm just wonderful! It seems like we haven't seen each other for a month when it's only been a couple of days, you know?" She thought of something that she hadn't had the chance to tell Daphne about and smiled at the memory that came to mind. "I had a picnic with Gavin the other day!"
