The letter from Daphne made him nervous. She wasn't in the shop, her stuff had been left there. It wasn't like her, not at all. Though he should have let Audrey know what was going on, he left the Potters', only leaving a brief note for Harry. He didn't want anyone interfering.
With a tug and a crack, he ended up outside the door of his shop. It was unlocked. Only he, Verity and Audrey knew how to get in, and it already made his heart drop in his chest.
"Oliver? Daphne?" He called out, closing the door behind him, like he always did. Something so normal helped ground him.
