Four escape, including three convicted Death Eaters.
Death Eater siblings Alecto an Amycus Carrows, along with their cell-mates Cecily Winchester and Eddie Carmichael, escaped Azkaban Prison last night. Their cells were discovered empty this morning by guards who are baffled by the clever escape plan. Just how the four got out is still being investigated, but an insider says that rats were fed polyjuice potion and stunned to stay asleep on the escapee's cots for bed check. Just how the inmates got a hold of polyjuice and how they got out of the prison is a mystery to all.
Alecto and Amycus Carrows (age 44) were arrested for crimes including the torture of Hogwarts Students following the Battle of Hogwarts in 1998. Winchester (age 27) was on the run for crimes against muggles and for the recent murder of a muggle with ties to the Leaky Cauldron. Eddie Carmichael (age 26) is muggleborn and was never a death eater, but was sentenced for the murder of his girlfriend, Romilda Vane. Until his arrest Carmichael hosted a popular radio show on the WWN and was on billboards around Diagon Alley. (Continued on A4)
