"After the war, I don't think she saw many friends from school." Jack, if anyone, could appreciate turning toward a primarily muggle life. Losing his wife in the war had been difficult on him. He had only pulled through by focusing on Hannah. It wasn't until he met Pauline that he was able to split his time between both Hannah's interests and his own. It had been a rather healing process for him.

"But good to know. I appreciate that Hannah has a friend to turn to - boyfriend, now." Jack took another drink of his tea, not giving Neville anything more to work off of in topic.
