Although Lavender enjoyed her new job much better than her old one, the general type of work was the same no matter what she did. As an assistant most of her day was spent running errands and going back and forth between work and other places. It was the type of work you wouldn't want to spend the rest of your life doing, but at least her boss let her help with more of the creative process as well.

Now she was running late and had to get back before her boss got upset. She turned a corner too quickly and misjudge where the wall of the building was. She hit the edge of it and the bounced off another person before finally coming to a stop. The accident had ripped open on the the packages she was holding and glittered confetti rained out of the opening. Well, her arm felt bruised and she'd knocked into a person, but at least it looked pretty now.
