The bakery was nearly closed. Audrey had been feeling a little more chipper now that she and George were back on good terms once more. She decided to work late tonight, getting payroll and other business-like things out of the way. She really needed someone else to do all of this crap for her, but as of now she was still doing a log of the business stuff herself. Which meant a bit of a late night. The cleaning crew had arrived (as the bakery closed about an hour ago) and she was in her office, getting ready to leave.

The owl was black. It wore an Azkaban tag on its wing. It dropped the owl on the counter and swooped out behind the cleaning crew.

My Darling Audrey,

Still on your quest to become a Weasley, I see. I also see that your beloved George has betrayed you once again by confessing his admiration for Johnson. I find it tragic how you keep going back to a man who continues to give his heart to someone else. It's as if you think that bearing his bastard child will keep him.

He's a clown, a fool, and once the entertainment value of your little drama has worn off, he'll leave you alone. I would have kept you and cared for you. I would have never given my heart to another woman. I would have made you feel pleasure in ways you can now never imagine.

That chance may be lost, but I will still be seeing you soon.

Audrey sat for a moment, her heart racing with sheer panic as she saw the owl swoop in, drop off the letter, and swoop back out again. She reached forward for the letter, dreading whose name she was expecting to find inscribed on the inside. And then she opened it and read the text, feeling nausea and terror building within her.

She read the last few lines over and over again, her eyes lingering on the words "I will still be seeing you soon."
