"I'm so sor-sorry about what I - said," Daphne sobbed. She wrapped her arms around him as well. She'd been given a potion to help with the weakness she had felt, so she was able to hold him tightly. "I didn't mean it the way- way it came ou-out." Daphne had to stop then, to cough and catch her breath. She had done so much crying in the past few days that it didn't take much for her to reach the point that it became over-whelming.
She pulled back a little to reach for a glass of water that was on the bedside table. She was only able to take a few sips of it.
