Bridget groaned, giving Kherrie a pleading look. "This isn't school, Kherrie. How immature is he going to find me if my best friend is trying to get information about him?" she sighed. She pondered the idea for a few moments, going back and forth in her head before she conceeded and nodded. "OK... all right, but... OK," Bridget agreed.
As for Charlie... "Of course he's good looking and he really is a nice guy. The chemistry was just not there and if I'm going to struggle with conversation topics on the first date then..." she just shook her head when Kherrie did, but for different reasons.
"What time do you work till? Do you want to come over tonight and have dinner and watch a movie?" she asked, hoping Kherrie would cave to her muggle weakness of the television.
