"It's probably both. She tells me I'm too skinny all the time." she replied with a smile, grateful that her mum was taking care of Harry where Ginny wasn't although she was surprised to realise that she felt a but guilty for it.
"You could just come over for dinner every night if you want. Charlie and I both can cook so there have been extras every night....someone might as well eat them?" Ginny said, hating that she sounded so uncertain just from asking a simple question, but her life was all messed up and it was a little difficult to be confident when you had no basis for what you were doing.
Her eyes were catch for a moment by James as he snuggled closer to Harry, and Ginny had to smile. Even so young it was so obvious to her that James loved Harry, which went a long way towards calming some of her anxiety about where they would all go from here. "I read that in the next few weeks he'll start babbling a little." she told Harry, reaching out to adjust the sock that James had practically kicked off his foot with all of his squirming.
