"Exactly." Hannah caught the slip of the tongue, but didn't really think much of it. She assumed it to be a case of a nickname for Harry starting to slip out. Really, she didn't want to know what the pair called each other in private. That was crossing the line of comfort for her.
"One of the big things is not to let the baby fall asleep in your arms a lot. The baby gets a 'favourite spot' and, if you get them near sleep and then can manage to get them down without them getting upset, it's ideal. Keep in contact, stand or sit close until they doze off, but don't hold them or it'll be a fuss to get them sleeping regularly in their crib. There are different things that can do a heartbeat noise that can help them sleep. Lucy had a little stuffed wind-up rabbit that made the noise. It might be mostly a muggle thing, but I can get you one. It'll be my gift since I've yet to get a shower invitation." Hannah found herself wondering what had happened to the rabbit. There was a closet that she knew was full of various things that had been packaged up and put into a shrunken and stacked mess that she'd never be able to sort through. It had been drooled on excessively and wouldn't be an adequate thing to give Ginny for little James. It was a pure case of nostalgia kicking in. She wasn't even sure why she had kept as much as she had, but getting rid of Lucy's baby things had seemed like the last thing she had wanted to deal with after moving into the Leaky.
Hannah grinned at the laugh, letting it snap her out of her reverie. "Just trust me and embrace it. You and James, both, will be the better for it."
