Who: Audrey and Ritchie When: Backdated to Tuesday Morning Where: Baxter Bakery What: Job Interview
Audrey was having a pretty packed morning. She'd already been to St. Mungo's to deliver cookies and toys to the sick children there, and was back at the bakery helping to instruct her new pastry chef in the proper rolling technique for a croissant. It was tedious, and she was thinking she might have to find a new baker. If only she could still do it all herself; but the bakery and her not-for-profit had grown so much that it just wasn't possible for her to do all the work on her own. Which was a good thing, of course.
She came out of the back to the front of the shop to sit and have a cup of tea, letting the girls be in charge of the till and the customers as she took a bit of a break. And she was watching everyone that came into the shop, as she was waiting for Ritchie to come in. Truth was, she was relatively desperate for an extra set of hands around here--so long as the hands were trustworthy.
