"You know, your probably right." she laughed, easily able to imagine Charlie approaching a leopard like a little boy on Christmas about to open his presents. "Just don't tell her and we'll all be saved from her wrath."
Though she felt sure Penny didn't realize it at that moment, Ginny sort of understood what it was like to feel as if you were the target of an accident. In Penny's case there was no way to deny it, Ginny playing for the Harpies and the Harpies being the target of an explosion was still a theory - Rabastan Lestrange wasn't talking, and likely never would. That hadn't stopped her from absorbing the guilt of having several teammates die or suffer career ending injuries. "I wouldn't say everyone, but most people yes." It was likely that all the happiness would be put to the test soon, that was just the way of life. You had to take the good with the bad.
Pausing for a moment to eat another crisp she gave a slight nod to Penny. "Well, I can do it now but in another two months that won't be the case. I'll have to do something at least until James is a few months old." Ginny hated that she had to consider the option at all, she had never liked to ask for help because it just implied she wasn't capable of doing things - she was a bit like Harry in that way. "But Kreacher is treated well, and he worships Harry so it's definitely not the normal house elf situation." she said, thinking of Hermione and her views on the creatures.
